Vale do Lobo hosted the Portuguese Open for two years in succession in recent years, enjoying it's own Royal and Ocean courses designed by, both with spectacular sea views, surrounded by pine and fig trees and set amongst the stunning luxury villas and water features. The Royal sets golfers dramatically on the cliff edge and the Ocean sweeps golfers down and along the seashore.
