RESORT - VALE DO LOBO

Vale Do Lobo is Portugal's biggest luxury golf and beach resort. Embraced by two national parks of outstanding natural beauty on the Algarve coastline, it is flanked by a 5 km long golden sandy beach and majestic red sandstone cliffs and just 20 minutes from Faro International Airport.

Three times the size of the principality of Monaco, Vale Do Lobo still retains an intimate family ambience. It has been the proud recipient of a number of awards including the "Best Resort of the Millennium" for the highest standard of its accommodation, services sporting facilities and concern for the environment.

Sporting types are spoiled for choice at Vale do Lobo - golf on two of the finest 18-hole courses in Europe, the Royal Golf Course and the Ocean Golf Course, tennis in the first class Academy, plus horse riding, water-sports, sailing, fishing and even go-karting!

This is one of the original houses on the prestigious Vale do Lobo and is well positioned, set back from the main road into the development, just a 10-15 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes from the golf club, shops and supermarket. The Villa has recently been extended from three to four bedrooms with four en-suite facilities and a study area. The kidney shaped swimming pool is at the back of the villa, which is surrounded by attractive gardens, including a lawn, a rockery and a built-in barbeque to the side. The villa furnishing has an interior design' feel. It is a luxury Villa.

The layout.

The living/dining room is open plan and has French doors leading to a private sun terrace with out-door dining and a gas barbeque. Steps lead down to the pool and pool terrace area. The four bathroom facilities have been fully modernized. The kitchen is new, very modern and fully equipped with a washing/dryer and wine cooler etc. The lower outside area has speakers connected to the sound systems.

Off the lounge/dining room is the study and fourth bedroom and bathroom facility. Three steps lead down to the Master bedroom with twin beds, optionally made up as king size with shower room en-suite. The main stairwell leads down to two further bedrooms. Both have en-suite facilities and French-windows leading to the pool and pool terrace area. The bedroom to the right has a large Jacuzzi style bath.

The outside Hot -Tub offers year round pleasure but has additional out of season advantage for those who do not wish to use the swimming pool. There is a power point that enables use of your IPhone/IPod in the Villa’s Bose dock.
